These are the different programs that are being funded by the foundation:

Re-evangelization

God has given the Church the mission of making disciples of all nations. Bikol is predominantly Catholic and a culturally religious people. However, the need to reintroduce the Gospel is also evident from the lack of ethical foundation in the society. The reason for the massive poverty in the land is the dichotomized faith, that is, a faith confined to sacraments and popular devotions but not to social realities. The foundation supports Church activities which promote the Gospel Values through innovative forms and methods of apostolate such as community building, family apostolate, and literacy program.

Marian Devotion Promotion

Bikolanos are a Marian people. Their devotion to the Blessed Mother is legendary as observed in the annual celebration of the Peñafrancia Festivities held in Naga City every September. However, there are many other Marian devotions celebrated in many ways and in other places in the Region. There is a need to provide a support system to this rich devotion among the natives as well as to promote the same devotion to the whole nation and to the whole world. The foundation provides grants for the publication of books and other materials which can help promote the devotion to Our Lady of Peñafrancia and other Marian devotions in the country and in the whole world.

Social Justice and Development

Unjust structures impede development and stifle productivity. Thus, it is imperative that the Bikol people are able to live in an enabling environment where they can become the agent of their own advancement. The Foundation supports projects on law and institutional reforms, political re-education, human rights inculturation, and the promotion of Bikol solidarity.

Education and Scholarship for Development

Here we seek to increase educational access and quality for the poor but deserving young men and women in Bikol, to breed new leaders and thinkers. Grant making supports seminaries in the Archdiocese and other seminaries in the Bikol Region with particular emphasis on enhancing the programs of formation. Scholarship is granted to seminarians and other students who are willing to commit themselves in addressing the poverty in the Region.

Health Care

The Bikol Church as entry-point of health programs focuses on these precepts: Health is not merely the absence of illness or disease but is the integrity of mind, body and spirit. Health is also a state of harmony with the self, others and God. The ideal of health is taken and pursued under the context of the individual's home culture and personal circumstances. The foundation aims for a health program that is comprehensive and sustainable through community organizing, interlinkaging of sectors, networking and partnerships with organizations that share the common vision and are willing to undertake the mission. Indigenous resources shall be tapped – these include both local government health offices, health maintenance organizations, educational institutions, and traditional community health workers.
